There are five beliefs you need to have in order to improve your health.
However, these beliefs aren’t just for your health…They’re for your life as well.
What are they?
Well here are the first three:
1) Do you believe in (& want) the result?
The result being something like weight loss, running 3 miles, eliminating chronic pain, etc.
2) Do you believe the result is possible?
If you don’t believe the result you want is possible… then you’re just daydreaming.
3) Do you believe the result is possible for you?
If you only believe the result is possible for others, but not for you, you’re in trouble.
Luckily, the internet has made it easy to find people like you who have achieved the result you want.
All you need to do is to go look for them.
Now the final two beliefs we talk about in the episode. They are also the most critical to improving your life AND they’re associated with better overall health and less stress.
And in case you’re wondering…I didn’t write them down here because the discussion behind them is as important as knowing what those two beliefs are!
